I'll still continue using AVS until the trial runs out. Till then only I'll shift to others. Meanwhile use it while it's still running.

yeah, i updated to new, latest version of AOL AVS, it fix the problem which we can't update the virus defination icon_idea.gif
*
I don't think there's a need for me to update as I can still update without problems... The only thing is if I reinstall it with my *.key and my subscription turns to 2008 then I'll be more than gladful to do so... tongue.gif

As a matter of fact, I am using AVIRA quite fine.

Another option is NOD32, if you want to save money(apparently), go find the *ahem*s yourself.

Cheers to all!

P.S. (DIRECTED TO SOME IGNORANT AND NAIVE MEMBERS) WARNING!!: DO NOT ASK FOR PIRATED ITEMS IN THIS FORUM. YOU WILL FACE ACTION IF YOU DO SO.

Thanks!

There's always Eset Smart Security(tm) RC1 brows.gif

No, that was not the internal affair I meant.

It has something to do with s "split' within the company or so. AOL was afraid that AVS will be affected, thus they pulled out Kaspersky's Engine. Sad but true.

Cheers!

P.S. I didn't know that "internal affair" could have such an interesting misunderstanding... LOL cheers.gif

I see. Never bothered to find out the truth. Thanks. laugh.gif

Release Candidates can be tried but then, they are still BETAs. I would still advise "those who are not BOLD Hearted" to use ESET NOD32 2.7 version. At least it is Stable and Reliable (Or Appears to be tongue.gif)

Cheers!

Yeah at least get something to protect the pc lawl xD laugh.gif
