just use any 24vdc power supply.
cut the cable and join to the smps
you can get these from lamp shops for led light

sorry didn't understand sad.gif

actually I am not sure if it's the power cord or the power supply that's damaged, as I do not have a spare power cord for it (it uses a 2-pin cord).

Should I just buy a replacement power cord to test first?

test the 2pin cord first. use any cord from tv radio etc. but unlikely lah.
if fail would be the power supply.

test your power supply with a meter first. check for the 24v

OK, i've ordered a 2pin cord from Shopee...

I don't have a volt meter, so the best I can is just to hope it's just a cord problem and not a problem with the power suppply

all my power cords are the three-pin variety

the LED on the Dymo power supply doesn't light up with the current power cord

if it also doesn't come on with a replacement cord, i will need to look for a new power supply

Dymo doesn't sell replacement parts to Malaysia, and their recommended reseller doesn't answer emails or pickup the phone

Their support really sucks... doesn't seem like they care about their Malaysian customers sad.gif

The label printer is only six months old, and the seller in Shopee that I bought it from is not responding at all so I need to figure this out on my own.
