QUOTE(fireballs @ Jun 21 2020, 04:20 PM) just use any 24vdc power supply. sorry didn't understand cut the cable and join to the smps you can get these from lamp shops for led light actually I am not sure if it's the power cord or the power supply that's damaged, as I do not have a spare power cord for it (it uses a 2-pin cord). Should I just buy a replacement power cord to test first? |

test the 2pin cord first. use any cord from tv radio etc. but unlikely lah.
if fail would be the power supply. test your power supply with a meter first. check for the 24v |

OK, i've ordered a 2pin cord from Shopee...if fail would be the power supply. test your power supply with a meter first. check for the 24v I don't have a volt meter, so the best I can is just to hope it's just a cord problem and not a problem with the power suppply |

QUOTE(fireballs @ Jun 21 2020, 07:16 PM) har?? look around in your home or office. sure have one. all my power cords are the three-pin varietythe cord hardly fail unless tikus or dog bite the LED on the Dymo power supply doesn't light up with the current power cord if it also doesn't come on with a replacement cord, i will need to look for a new power supply Dymo doesn't sell replacement parts to Malaysia, and their recommended reseller doesn't answer emails or pickup the phone |

QUOTE(fireballs @ Jun 22 2020, 01:52 AM) Out of warranty? Their support really sucks... doesn't seem like they care about their Malaysian customers You can get a 24v power supply for probably rm20 Look for lighting shop or electronic ahop The label printer is only six months old, and the seller in Shopee that I bought it from is not responding at all so I need to figure this out on my own.
