Mind sharing how your setup is like in Bangsar South? What kind of modem/equipment they provide?

Does Allo provide City Broadband services there or Viewqwest is the sole provider there with their own infra?

they pulled a UTP cable to my office from riser.

the building infra monopolised by Allo, all others ISP need to get consent from allo to get connected to customer, Viewqwest also using allo backbone, i have both allo and viewqwest for my office, both also downed at the same time when the speedlink fiber cut that day.

All HSBB TM, Maxis all rely on allo infra too.

i am thinking to get TIME DIA as last mile, but cost could be high

So it's a central switch on each floor riser with UTP pulled to customer's units right? No fibre modem to each customer's premise like they have in Cyberjaya, Malacca and Ipoh?

All you need to do is just plug your router into the ethernet socket in your office and configure the account to get connected?

when I joined the company, the setup was done for years already, I think that's how it is being configured. I do not see any fiber modem, I only see one UTP cable.
