Yes for business but not for residential for overlapping.

Allo have no brand presence. I do a quick survey in my local Taman FB Group, 'Akhirnya, apa pandangan anda jika Unifi/Allo datang ke Taman XXX jika, TM Unifi RM69/129 for 39/100mbps vs TNB Allo RM79/99 for 50/100mbps'
Result are 80% prefer to choose TM over a never heard before TNB Allo (inb4 they branding as CityBroadband Allo instead of TNB)

So thats why most pity consumer stucked with another 24 months contract under TM before they can switch over, if Allo decided to grab the market share.
*
I am not sure , but I do heard Allo is willing to overlapping.Maybe Candy12 can explain more on Fiber layout network.

Normally at Perak or Ipoh Business or Industrial area are very close with resident area.Less than 1km can consider business area.Example , when we pass through MH hotel , Median area is consider Business+Industrial area , just beside the Aeon are resident area garden.

the layout map is , somewhere , Fiber must pass through resident area and layout to Business area. Why deploying Allo fiber , all comes to business model graph whether they are willing to Share their PON or something to resident.
If the resident area all together willing to sign a petition to request to Allo , I know some resident area are either Port full or some particular street doesn't have DP but next road side have uxxfx many years.

Even I'm the person always up to date with latest tech news. I also get confuse with the plan.
Unifi Lite = Previously Streamyx and the Fibre (and/or VDSL) with 60GB Monthly Quota
Unifi (the Standard) = Normal Fibre or the mainstream different plan with tv box stupid bundle craps
Unifi Business = Normal Fibre but for Business
Unifi Air (Wireless Broadband) = The Webe (also known as P1 Wimax)
Unifi Mobile Prepaid (BEBAS branding) = Prepaid Mobile Plan
Unifi Mobile Postpaid = Postpaid Mobile Plan

There are more complex details each of it, by just reading above product name already confuse AF.

If Time/Maxis/Allo can provide coverage check on their website, why can't TM?
*
just to ask a package ,call to 100 need to listen to their ads music more than 5-10 minutes waiting , chatlive queue over 50 people.

All the package name changes non stop that is messing up subscriber. The most confusing is Uxxfx Lite. How can Smyx rename to Uxxfx ?
Uxxfx should be under Fiber categories tech where Smyx is Under DSL tech. Both are different but put under the same Name. rclxub.gif

I really hope Allo comes to residential ares that are covered by UxxfX. For sure they might get a better market share then. I am one for a fact willing to pay for 1Gbps (current 300Mbps UxxfX plan).
*
Maybe an Allo agent here could help to sign up 1st or you can find some resident to sign up together and submit to the agent. They will know how to do and install to your residential area even with uxxfx available.

Similar to my residential area, now I am just waiting for my unifi contract to end and see who can offer the best deal by that time.

Don't know about the time schedule as I don't really focus on how they do their job.
