have u guys open up the keypad b4? simply use cotton bud or cloth to wipe it without opening it is useless..... futhermore, wipe it wont solve the joystick problem, only can keep it clean....someone explain to me how dust get into the joystick underneath 2 layer or covering....

u need to open the front and rear housing, it needs some special screw driver.
