Has anyone experienced a similar issue before?

They're "brighter" pixel horizontal lines. Only visible on dark scenes... And for me, it is only present on the center of my screen... on some angles, it is a more greenish hue..

Model is LG 27UL600-W 27'' Class 4K UHD IPS LED

I tried searching the internet but can't find anything similar... I've contacted LG service center as it's still under warranty. But this won't be the first time going there... First time had very bad screen bleed. Replaced the panel but now this...
