Hi All ,

I am Ranjan and I am an expat in Malaysia would request your guidance in buying a property in KL.

I have been working in KL for 3 years hence looking to settle down in the beautiful country by buying a condo .

I am aware of the thresholds set by Govt of 1 mil in KL area and 600 k of old hanging units

Could you please assist in suggesting a suitable property in a good locality such a MT Kiara , bangsar , near to KLCC area.

My requirements with budget is as per below
1 - A freehold property
2 - Minimum of 3 rooms
3 - Spacious one >1000 sq
4 - Near to LRT or public transport
5 - Ready to move in by December this year or by first quarter of 2020.

My budget is 700 to 800 k for semi furnished property

I work in Stand chart bank hence I would be eligible for 80% finance

I have selected a property Harmony Residence 2 could you please provide your reviews as well.

Thanks in Advance for your support
