Personally I will assume the aircon and all other furniture I bought for rent can be used by the tenant for 3 years. New aircon can get below 1k, 1k/36months= Rm27.8. Just my opinion increase by rm50 is much enough to cover aircon cost,of course this doesn’t include electricity
