Hi all,

I am running a small business and had an employee last year, but I did not know about my obligations towards LHDN until recently.
As far as I know, I need to register with LHDN to get an E number (which I have done), and then submit E form (which I have NOT done), and then also provide EA form to my employee (which I am trying to do).

1. May I know if I need to submit E form before doing EA form for my employee?
2. If 1. is not true, and if I do not have any HR/payroll software, can I just fill in the EA form manually (using software such as Acrobat or Illustrator)?
3. I know it is already too late for the above, but I am trying to make it right. May I know what are the consequences for being late?

looks like, forms can be generate, but you need to provide the data in the form

“Minimum Fine of RM200” will be imposed by IRB for failure to prepare and submit the “Form E and CP8D” to IRB as well as prepare and deliver Form EA to the employees.

Using payroll software . Generate EA form then only submit E.
