On paper it's very ideal to implement. In real life it's totally another thing if you want to follow it closely.

Basically it's just another business process improvement methodology. It works better in certain field like manufacturing as they have a consistence process more than other industries.

This is just a framework to process improvement, not necessary to six sigma only. Every aspect is true and must be tackled but question is how much of it can be applied to your organisation.

I took IT but doesn't matter. My team we have chemical engineers and e&e engineers as well.
