Bump, curious to know what’s the working environment and benefits like in Novartis shared service too.

Their hiring process seems to be very slow though
(Just interviewed for one of their Japanese speaking role two weeks ago, still “no response” from them even though they said they would get back to me within two weeks.. probably I didn’t pass their interview😅)
