Anyone also got trouble using the red app? I can't even top up my balance via my ebanking. Hotlink server down?

Me too, having the problem since evening

The APP stops working for me since last night around 7pm. This morning up again, but many websites not accessible, such as Google, Gmail. Tried few other websites like Amazon, accessible but at crawling speed, slower than 3G, even though signal strength indicator is LTE+ full. Another Hotlink line of family member is still usable but much slower than usual (wait ~15 seconds just to open Google homepage).

I have to pray so that the *unlimited* plan won't screw my connection 🙄 I use my current Hotlink line for primary internet access.

But seems like others also offering unlimited plan...

So it's now based on coverage...

I'm not planning to switch, stay with older Hotlink plan for time being. The unlimited data + 3Mbps cap + no tethering really sounds a marketing scam to me... I wonder how many people need that unlimited data for mobile phone use.

Hi, anyone having the issue today? after few months with hotlink, I notice this issue happen in a routine, every month once or twice...

Not working since 17 February 2022 at about 12am. Dial *100# also doesn't work.

for prepaid, the app seem not working if one not subscribe to any data plan. cant even check balance.

Having issue on data and calling out.

Signal keep losing also since Lunch hour.
