Hi Maxis / Hotlink support,

I got the usb dongle from my friend. It's a Maxis ZTE MF833V-1.0.0.
I tried to plug a Hotlink simcard into it, the portal say connection is good, sim is valid but the "Connect" button is grey out and I can't press to connect.
I have already purchased the hight speed internet plan but the issue still persist. Could you assist to check?

i think it already bind with maxis router mac address. so u cant run it beside maxis router

I see, this make sense.
I do check that the modem was unlocked (I plug all SIM and it works), connected got WAN IP but no internet. Ping doesn't work but nslookup is working.
I have no choice but to return it xD
