Webmaster needed for housekeeping, Wordpress + Divi + MySQL

Hi guys. I've been tasked by my faculty to upgrade our existing website. At the moment, we already have a website for our school at sss.fab.utm.my, but they want to add features and do a little bit of housekeeping.
I did the website back in 2013, and I'm sure I could do it again if I have the time. But since I'm engaged with other projects, they asked me to find somebody who can. It's gonna be a short term, kinda part time task-based contract. I'm looking for somebody with experience handling Wordpress and preferably Divi.
Tasks include:
i. Layout arrangement (for desktop, tablet, smartphone)
ii. Setting up a repisotory where students can upload stuffs (jpg and pdf) on the website
iii. Setting up gallery that displays the uploaded stuffs
iv. Troubleshooting
