Just saying, I touched type as well but I personally like both topre and light weight linears as well But the things I'm looking for in a switch is not tactile or linear, but rather how smooth and silent the switch is.

May I know where can I buy genuine cherry switches replacement?

Talking about better after tuning, I realized my new keyboard's Windows key has a faulty key I think there is something wrong about the switch, pressing down feels like I'm brushing something against the wall with a lot of friction and on the release the key might just stay there a while. Quite a bummer since I really like this keyboard and I use Windows key a lot and wasn't expecting it from a brand that is very well known for quality.

Oh yes! I'm looking for how smooth (or generally how nice it feels to type on) and the sound from the keyboard. So far typing on this keyboard's mx red is like typing on creams with very minor scratching. Which brand of Topre keyboard(s) have you tried before? I'm looking to try 30g since the lightest I've tried is 45g

search cherry mx at shopee/taobao/aliexpress. alternatively you can ask to see if there are owners in mymkb fb group that can spare one for you.

the better news is still its availability hopefully it will all work out well.

what's your board? it sounded like the windows key cap is in contact with the case, and caused this. maybe it's just misalignment; maybe it's something else.

I got the wireless version but only been using wired mode til now. I think for wireless gaming maybe not too suitable since its bluetooth not rf, correct me if im wrong.
