Though, one thing to note: Don't be obsessed with your weight that much rather, be concerned about body fat % as it is more medically accurate in terms of health. Bear in mind, muscles are denser than fats, so it will increase your weight more than fats with the same volume occupied. Besides, you can be fat but look skinny and weigh less, a.k.a skinny fat, and being skinny fat doesn't mean you're healthy either.
