Help [WTA] Dell workstation case with new motherboard?

I have two old Dell workstation T5400 and T3400, I would like to know whether I can upgrade these desktops by putting in new motherboards and CPU? will the standard motherboards fit into these Dell casing and it's existing PSU?

Older models can accept microATX boards. Newer models mostly SFF.
