From services apartment to apartment(change title)

Hi all, i was get called by developer regarding they changed the title from services apartment to apartment. ask me to sign the letter and acknowledge that, and developer said has no any impact for this changes, izzit real? why they want to change?

why dont you go ask your management about it, they have more details than outsider.
what i know that utility bill will change to residential pricing than commercial rate |
