Speedhome and speedrent, are they the same?

Yes, SPEEDRENT was rebranded to SPEEDHOME.
@wahbiang if you would, kindly read https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...post&p=97023324 to understand that SPEEDHOME does/will not sacrifice the security of owners. |

It's a great platform for you to vet the tenant.
Just get for 1-year contract then u see the tenant is okay and responsible, then continue with the tenant without Speedhome  If the tenant is shit and doesn't pay rent and the utility bills, Speedhome will pay you since you already took their package. |
