Tentatively;

Official FUP limit for Maxis HUP35 for daily/weekly/monthly = 5GB/15GB/50GB ; throttled speed = 0.5Mbps.

Unofficial FUP limit for UUP38/GX38 = 80GB used in 2 days = could also be the monthly limit - to be confirmed ; throttled speed = 0.05Mbps to 0.23Mbps ; may only be throttled for 1 day, ie unthrottled the next day.

Unofficial FUP limit for Celcom CUP35 = 150GB used in 4 days = could also be the monthly limit - to be confirmed ; throttled speed = 0.12Mbps to 0.26Mbps but upload speed not throttled.

It's Celcom's LTE Plus for 1GB MCO quota (8am - 6pm)... Only when connected to the LTE Plus... If HSDPA or LTE only might be little bit lower...

Now is 1 day after your Celcom CUP35/XUP35 was throttled for exceeding about 150GB of data used. Is your CUP35/XUP35 still being throttled now.?

In comparison, 2 days ago your UMobile UUP38/GX38 was only throttled for 1 day after exceeding 80GB, ie unthrottled the next day. Your call to UMobile could have been a factor for the unthrottling.
