I got tonnes to say, but I got some work to do now. Will add later.

Anyhow, my husband works at NST, what do you guys need?

I'll try to go Carrefour later and see if I can get some pixs of the bad condition animals.

Yesterday got off work too late.

Petshops are petshops, they can sell pets cuz they're a petshop.

But Carrefour is a hypermarket, suppose to sell supplies and food stuff for human, how can they mix with selling pets? Summore with dead animals and there's so many people especially family with kids around, it's unhygenic!

I just think it is plain wrong for Carrefour to even allow selling livestocks/pets inside.

For now, the first step is to approach the CS or management and voice it out. If no action taken, then we'll go to the papers.

If wanna make it big, can ask a reporter to go there, but we need to warn the management first, to take action or close it or we go to the papers.

Aiks, I've seen one family who bought a hamster for each of their 3 kids and can't help feeling sorry for those the hamsters.

The dumb kids kept shaking the cage and asked "Apasal dia tak lompat?" or something like that.

*shakes head*

Yeah, never think of the bedding, accessories and such...

Sometimes I silently hope that pets with bad or irresponsible owners just die rather than suffer a tortures life cry.gif

Really sorry that I couldn't find the time to go to Carrefour Wangsa Maju to take the pixs.

Spoken to my hubby already. He said better to have pixs/proof to report to newspaper. It will be more realiable. Even if I write to them, without any proof of pix, will do no good.

Furthermore we must report to the Customer Service first. Like say we see any dead animals or the condition not good or what, and the sales person don't layan us, we can go straight to the CS service that is normally situated outside Carrefour and report to them. If we need to, drag them from their comfy seat and show them the animal's condition there and then.

As for taking pixs, my husband said, no need to takut2 they marah or what, just take cuz it's their wrong doings and if they don't want it to go public, they should have thought about it before.

I still vote that we go public (newspapers) cuz I'm sure it will scare the big shots at Carrefour!

I heard the one in Wangsa Maju closed recently. They could have decided it wasn't a good idea or maybe responded to the letters and closed it in their other chain stores too.

Yeap, my last visit to Carrefour last week, they still sell pet accessories, cages and such, but no more live animals.
