I wonder why this apps need so much aceess including your account info, contact info, device sd storage, etc.. is it to use to spy on the people phone activity? Is like to force people to install in exchange for RM50 ewallet.

Data harvesting yo. They can make a contact tracing app without privacy violations. There are a lot of open source ones available made by a lot of international universities and require minimal modification and customization. But they are taking this opportunity to do shit like this.

Maybe PN government can learn from Penang State Gov. All the premises required to use this and all customer required to scan using QR code to link. Registration is simple, just required your name and phone number. Tac number will be send to verify the number and there it goes. No need to write down any info to protect your personal data.
If you want to give people spend money RM50 while force them to install the apps, then that is wrong. Something is fishy there.
