In malls it’s ok. Also at gym, air conditioning is ok.
But at home, I feel sick. I set 27 degrees and too cold for me.
30 degrees ok for sleep.
Ceiling Of my house is almost 3 meters.
Artificial cold air is bad? How much?
Please share your experiences. Thanks.

TBH, I also set my room aircond around 28 degrees and it's OK for sleeping.

Maybe you can consider switching on the air con for awhile just to cool the room, so leave it on for shorter periods of time

Yeah, maybe..  bit inconvenient tho.  sweat.gif

sriracha48's comment is correct especially if you have a room facing the sunset.
At times, I just use the aircond to cool down the room then switch it off and proceed to use normal fan.
It also helps save electricity costs. excl.gif

Just2centslah just use the timer on the aircond to switch off by itself la. Not so inconvenient. Just click on the remote only. laugh.gif
