hi all, after considered for quite some times, i still cannot make up my mind, need your opinion which area suits my requirement :
prefer landed, single/ double storey i may stay with my daughter alone most of the time, so safety and security will be my concern as well, no need guarded area, but with security guard is good enough. prefer freehold, but if good location i may consider leasehold plan to rent out one room to reduce burden, so good location which is easy to find tenant is also important prefer KL area, as i plan to send my daughter to study in KL city area.
so far i already shortlisted few areas: F/H Taman Midah Old klang road area? Kuchai Lama OUG?
L/H KIV Pandan Perdana Connaught Taman Pertama
Taman Desa- good location but out of budget
what is your choice and reason please ? or any other suggestion? thank you in advance!

QUOTE(Propertylearner @ Jun 6 2020, 04:12 PM) Bro if no budget why landed . Parklane la lol Parklane? I saw a lot negative comments la. Not to say condo / apartment not good, because I get used to stay in landed house already, it’s more convenient to go in and out, that’s why still prefer to buy landed property for own stay.

QUOTE(WahBiang @ Jun 6 2020, 05:45 PM) Can I understand what do you mean by got security guard but not guarded area?? The security guard do what there ya?? Or do you means gated/fencing? All subsales? Need renovation budget?? Sorry it’s typo, ya I mean not necessary gated area, as some taman is not gated but they are guarded. No new project in these mature townships, so I can only choose subsale, and maximum I can afford 80-100k renovation only...
