You can try the service from Casbay. I'm still using their web hosting for years. It seems their service is better and recommended. Also, their costs are cheap. You can consider this.

From dedicated servers, colocation to......... simple non dynamic websites?


Do you have in-house developer? how many IPs ? how many name servers? mail server? virtual host? Linux? MS Azure? what bandwidth 100mbps ..1GBps? anti DDos or DDos Mitigation Service..?

i dont think anyone can provide an acurate answer.. unless they true know what you really want. or what you meant by "promotion"

There's Hostinger which I could say, their rates are pretty good especially with their 4 year contract (you pay RM2.50/ month) per account sans domain. Their customer service rep also gives out promo codes, in addition to this.
