On July 24, 2007 I saw his posting at lelong.com.my for the sale of his paypal funds where he is a verified member. I did some checks on his ratings and find non-suspicious therefore proceeded to contact him for the purchase of USD 185 worth of paypal funds since my other regular contacts are out of funds. Payment was made on the same day and funds were received soon after but from a 3rd party, an account belonged to a Bill Bianconi in the US. I questioned him about the funds and he explained that it was his friend's account. I accepted the explanation since the transaction was carried out.

However, the 3rd party lodged a case with paypal citing unauthorized transaction for the amount. I was only notified by paypal on July 28, 2007 about the matter where paypal have claimed to have conducted their internal investigation and found his claims were valid. Paypal decided to reverse the payment back to his account.

Attempts of communication have been made to the seller since and to no avail and sms's ignored. Last unanswered called was on July 30, 2007 and the number had been switched off since then. I proceeded to lodge my complaint with lelong.com.my with my supporting evidence and his account had been suspended. Realizing he ply his trade here as well, I lodge my complaint with lowyat.net.

There's no guarantee even the trader is verified and let it be a lesson and us to be wary. Hereby, I enclosed the email from lelong.com.my and some evidence.

Wow, RM592 is not a small amount of money...

You seemed to know him. Overseas or not he has received notifications not only from me but lelong.com.my and lowyat.net but made no attempt to contact me whatsoever. He has my email address which is paypal address as well.

I will let the police handle this matter. I am advising the owner of the address he used, to lodge a police report as well since the owner said he does not know this person.

I don't know him. I trade with him before, few times. He also send me his paypal from the one you mentioned "Bill Bianconi", and had a chargeback, I told him the other day, and yesterday, he replied me in YM, saying he is oversea, he returned me RM750, of course not yet in full. So, I'm still waiting for the remaining.

Well well well. The conman decided to log in this morning but still keeps quite.......

why dont you freeze his bank account like godslove did..he sure must settle with you

Well he made his choice by ignoring me. Just to let him know I lost my patience and I'm not scaring him with the police story. I lodged the report at Sentul District Police Station report ID JINJANG/011294/07. I will bring this police report to the bank and see what happens from there.

1st of all...im not a conman.
i was out of the country due to biz trip from 29/7~6/8.
so how am i supposed to recieved your call or sms?
i want to log in to lowyat but my acc was suspended.

2ndly...for this case i was only a middle person due to my paypal acc got problem. the paypal seller ask me to find any buyer & will give me the commision for the transaction. i dun find any fishy stuff about this.

i need to contact the seller 1st. ask the seller to refund to me.

i dont scam people. i have my own job & reputation. for what i wanna ruin it. the buyer was unable to contact me due to i was outside of Malaysia.

Lowyat suspend conman ? I thought they only give a dispute tag

Only LYN Admin would be able to answer about the suspension but according to his profile he has logged in before. How restricted was his access we don't know.

And with regards to the authenticity of his claims I don't want to comment. He can say what ever he wants but I have my proof with me. Please bear in mind that my money that was taken without getting the goods that it was intended for.

Let set this straight, I paid you for something but didn't receive the goods at a reasonable time frame that were promised. So the seller ought to be blame. How the seller got the merchandise is another question altogether. If the seller has problem with the supplier then the seller shall deal with it and not pass the bucket to the buyer. The story between you and your supplier or friend you made a pact with doesn't concern me. I will wait until 12 noon tomorrow as you promised to settle by then.

i just wonder y when the conman in lowyat net gets scared they seem to switch to their 2nd personality.....i hope u get ur funds back....

u did get ur paypal. as i only sell paypal. but i was chargeback by my paypal seller.
the problem was not caused by me. it was caused by the paypal seller. so stop calling me conman.

i can't access to my acc. thats why i have to create another acc to access lowyat.

Hey Azril,

Please read my starter clearly. I did mentioned that. I also showed my paypal transaction transcript here. So what are you trying to say here? What's the difference when you say I received it then it was taken back? It equals to I have not receive a single cent.

You have roughly 1 hour and 50 minutes as you promised.

I only said once in this whole thread once when I realised you logged on and not come in here to explain yourself eventhough I pmed you. It was vent out on anger and fairytales had communicated with you as she had posted here. We don't know LYN had banned all your access as pointed out by karhoe.

my acc was suspended. i can't log in & can't read ur PM. didn't u understand? i was also out of the country. & when i came back u report to LYN & lelong. so both my acc suspended without giving me chance to clarify.

Like I say, I have no interest in your problems right now. You can go on and on. I already have my share of problems created by you. Look PAL I presented my case and they practically banned you rather than put you in restricted access because of what? Think about it yourself. You think I have the power to suspend your account?

I also have my paypal accounts suspended. The funds was supposed to pay my seller for goods that I already received. Now I still owes him money as my paypal has insufficient funds and also suspended because of you. Was I given a chance to clarify/to ask or make a statement when the funds was reversed? Hell No!!

So am I supposed to be understanding right now? Then who's going to understand my situation. Calling the number for days without answer. So I am supposed to have physic power to know that you are out somewhere. You want to thrash things out, do it after you refund me.

Now I am still waiting for my refund. End of story.
