As title, any food/supplement help reduce fat / boost metabolism?

Since already age almost 30

Can I say exercise? Exercise is the way to help you reduce fats and boost metabolism. And most importantly, your diet. Without sufficient nutrients, your metabolism will get affected since your body goes into starvation mode. 30 years old is still young, so it shouldn't hinder you by any chance.

According to some, exposure to the sun helps with bloating and waise circumference...

But you can try exercise and also intermittent fasting too..

From my experience, intermittent fasting more than 36 hours is very effective to slim down.

Let’s get real. No shortcut, no “easy” way else malaysia won’t have 50% obesity rate.

Exercise(25%), watch your diet with an eagle eye(75%) - generally lesser then your TDEE for weight-loss or bodyfat% loss.

But of course, the politically correct answer is x pill, x supplement.
