 Bunions, Surgery or ways to relieve pain

Hi there. I am not very familiar with bunions unfortunately but i'll try to help as much as possible. Things that you can try without surgery:

1. Change your shoes. Wear a wider shoes (especially with wider toe box) and the one with "zero drop".
2. You can try some kind of padding/ toe separator.. something like that (sorry not familiar with this) which i think u can get in a pharmacy.
3. You can temporarily ease the pain with ice or paracetamol whenever u felt pain.

If conservative measures doesnt work, you might need to see a specialist, probably an orthopedic surgeon. Not sure about the surgery details.
