and? many games rip off each other. The half time team talk in FM was a direct rip off from EA's Total Club Manager, but I don't see anyone complaining about it.

PES still pwns in my opinion. The graphics is smoother,players movement is too. Gameplay is waaaay better. Simple the best football game in the planet. Was a FIFA fan until my friend into-ed me to PES. I ditched FIFA.

Use analog controller. It makes a world of difference

- Passing and Lob now is analouge
- Better optimisation on dual core processors
That was in the demo anyways, the full thing will contain more

My review after playing this on my OWN PC
After I tested it on good effect on my Office PC (P4, ATi9250), I went home to test this on my own PC. What I think

Menu - Fast and fluid.    . No more slow moving menu of FIFA04~07. Shows that this aint no console port no more
Graphics - The graphics are locked at 800*600, so I can't say what the full game will give us, but the smooth animation and movement (i can control my player's movement better than in 07) means this might be a good sign for the full game
Contol - PES WANNABE!!! I hate using the "Q" to change player, and was struggling to change player. Using gamepad is another matter, but I don't prefer it (I broke my thumb a long time ago and it will hurt if I use gamepad for more than 10 minutes). But the manual + analouge through pass and passing (a Wii leftover to the PC) will be the difference between a pro and a FIFA wannabe, trust me on this.
AI - Revamped from the old 07 AI. Using the same AI as 360's version, the AI will immedieatly choose the best positioning to make it hard for you to score. I played using Milan AC with a traditional 4-1-2-1-2 formation and played against barca. In the first 10 minutes I cannot go pass their packed midfield, thus I changed to FIFA07 friendly 4-3-3, and immediatly Barca changed to a bowl shaped defence, the midfield pulled back and winger ready to make run (an advantage as my midfield is not wide enough to counter that). I manage to scrape a 2-0 win but I must say, I was impressed.

Now waiting for the customised formation in the full game

have to wait till next year. We're still using PS2's (suprise!) "ultra superior" graphics   

By the looks of it from FIFA07, it has been a mjor improvement of the gameplay and maybe a lil on the engine wise. You can look back on FIFA06 and FIFA2005, whereby many improvements have been made. So FIFA08 should be based on the same thing as FIFA07, just that there'll be some improvements here and there. FIFA08 may look promising but when come to engine wise, doesn't look that impressive. (Well, maybe the full version might proof me wrong) I think the XBOX360 ones looks way better compared to the PC ones. Well, let's just wait for the official FIFA08 game being relesead and see how it goes. All the hype about FIFA08 using Gears of War engine might not really happen after all. Maybe for PC version la. Anyhow, i was already very impressed on the major steps that EA took for FIFA08, hope that FIFA08 and the rest of the franchise will continue to amaze its fans. Winning Eleven and PES has a great history in producing great football games but FIFA has come along way from bad to cheapskate to friggin' awesome! CAN'T WAIT FOR FIFA08!!! Weeeeeee~~~~

I want to play online, besides the delay, lag, and worst~ I disconnected 99% of the time! 

I manage to play with one player from UK that use Barca (I use Manchester United), leading 1 - 0, and at 90th minutes, connection lost~!
