I bought items from Shopee seller from China. The items stuck at shah alam Dc sort centre for almost a month!! ( people told me that this place doesnt exist)
the system showed no updates at all since 9 May and today ady 3rd June. I had send multiple email and try to call shopee cll centre but doesnt work. no reply and cant get through.

anyone has experience before if you dont get the items? if submit for refund and the seller did not accept because seller say is not their fault.

What should i do? waiting for shopee dispute case? can i get my money back?

Normally there's a protection period

I will extend the period when the item is delayed

If i haven't received the item and the duration is near the end, i will post for return and refund as per shopee guidelines

The item will go into some dispute

If the item does arrive, i just cancel the dispute

If the item doesn't arrive, will continue the dispute

Ya I have experienced same things. They only delivered it after around 1 month which is just last week. After I make complain via email to their helpline (after few times and days try to call their helpline but always busy)...It is due to MCO.
May be u can try email them

Same here..items arrived from china to Malaysia courier service after 2 weeks wonder they are using cargo or swim . Malaysia pula stuck another 2 weeks no updates.

Last delivery date over? If over press refund, then they will investigate.....

Just ask for refund. I have same case got stuck there more than the agreed timetable. Of course seller will first reject bit after few days shoppe accepted my case and got refunded. Nearly 2 weeks though before I got my money back.

That's what i usually do. One to two days before end

After that it won't usually go straight to refund unless the seller has not even shipped out the item.

Even when you click on the refund and return dispute, they won't review it immediately.

So there's still time for it to arrive

This is just standard shopee protocol, so i just follow it.

Plus another important protocol is only click received if your item is received, and you have no plan to return - no issues like damaged etc.

So, adding these two points together, if you already put up a dispute because you haven't received an item, but eventually received it during the dispute period, but want to return it because it is damaged, don't cancel the dispute but continue the dispute but change the reason. Otherwise when you cancel the dispute, you might not be able to raise it again, and can't file a dispute to return a faulty item.

what should i send as a proof in order for shoppee to refund.

Yes, but once arrival at Malaysia this ABX , CJ Century or Ninja Van will pick from the custom clearance. Good luck to you if your items are pick up by CJ Century. Their service sucks and will keep it undelivered at their main hub for 1 week or more before it send to your local distribution center. Your local might delay for a few days before deliver. Sometimes you will be lucky to get within 2 days from your local center. ABX and Ninja Van will be within a week. This is my purchase experience item seller from China and Hong kong. Worst case is Xiaomi phone delivered from Hong Kong took a month more and managed by CJ Century.

Best local purchase experience delivery make by J&T Express usually within 2 to 3 days. But sometimes don't know why the item arrived to my local J&T distribution center but not deliver and keep it. I patiently wait to see how many days they will deliver until my other items arrive it also keep and not deliver until i cannot tahan for 9 days i decided to go collect by myself once all my remaining purchase item has arrive. Distance only 4 KM from my house. Conclusion, it is better self collect if they keep more than 2 or 3 days at their distribution center.

Postlaju I try to avoid due to my local integrity issue because they outsource to part time rider for small items. Mark item delivered but I did not received it.

Its shopee express. buy using shopee too. just stuck there no updates.
