My Old Proton Persona had been parking for way too long due to MCO and recently found that the car interior is full of Mold Patches.

I had been looking around and couldn't find any shops who have this service.

Thus, i am Looking for Any Recommendation on Car Mold Removal Service around Ampang to KL.

Like others mentioned, you can try it yourself if you know the extend of the contamination is not the entire interior or the entire carpet.

Also make sure to fix the cause, usually its due to a leak causing outside moisture to get in.

actualy mold if not that bad... you could just use some diluted dettol or those hand sanitizer stuff (water type) pour on a cloth and wipe for plastic surface. for other carpet/cloth again you could wipe and some minor scrubbing. Done. the most important step is to dry your car under hot sun with maybe the door open or the windows open/small opening so the moisture can vaporize. do that for 2-3 days. all will be ok.

The main thing is... why there is moisture in your car??? find out the spot with the highest mold concentration and do proper cleaning there. Maybe its time to clean your AC vents as well.

Thanks for the info, i will try out to DIY to clean it according to your recommendation then bruce.gif bruce.gif

About the moisture, i suspect it was the driver door rubber that seems to be loose now that cause rain water to leak into the cabin.

I had done some minor patch on it and will replace it if that was the real culprit. notworthy.gif notworthy.gif
