Please use your phone to call them if you need your things urgently. Call them, not waiting them call you. You know it's RAYA. they are very very very busy even pick-up I need to call many many times. They are lack of manpower as usual on RAYA. We respect their RAYA as they respect our Chinese New Year or Depavali. They cater alots of HAMPERS delivery, etc... etc...
