I have Huawei router b310. Can I put hotlink unlimited SIM on it & make as hotspot at home?

i saw in shopee there are selling modified router. Why must use mod router where we can just pay RM5 to enable hotspot?

i subscribe to HUP35. I put the sim in a wifi router by activating the RM5 hotspot unlimited. I also activate the free 1GB daily pass. My question is when i use the data, it will first utilize the 1GB daily quota or it straight utilize the 50GB quota?
