I want to check, for the topup RM30 free RM 5, we must use the tng ewallet payment method in hotlink app ? Can we direct open the tng ewallet app to do the topup ?

so the steps is as below ? do i need to wait for sometime between 1 and 2 ?

1. go to hotlink app, click and accept either "Top-Up RM15 free RM3" or "Top-Up RM30 free RM5"
2. open Boost or TnG ewallet, choose Top Up, and put my number
3. wait for the free RM credit in

not really want to login to TnG ewallet in Hotlink App, due to security concern.
if the step 1 2 3 will works then i will just open the TnG ewallet for topup

so when unsubscribe the "call me alert", it also deactivate the "missed call notification" ? I checked Dial *100# > My Account & Others > Xtra Services> Call Me Alert, the MCN is ON but i not receive any missed call sms

another, customer service told me that if account balance is 0.00... even with active status, and active monthly internet pass, the system will disable and can't make call and surf net just because of the credit balance is 0.00
Is this statement is true ?
