is that a telco can implement 'isolation' mechanism?

means now there are basically 2 groups - ordinary plan and unlimited plan

when more & more users of unlimited plan connecting to a station, speed among them would be reduced accordingly. But it won't affect ordinary plan users as some kind of 'reservation' technique kicks in. true?

btw, i still on hotlink fast 3.0 plan

this unlimited plan sounds good for money sake but i afraid regret as usually unlimited plan performance deteriorate over times

just to ask, maxis no features CA (carrier aggregation) for hotlink?
