Problem with Unifi 100Mbps 2.4Ghz connection across multiple devices, 5.0Ghz connection is fine. Connecting from upstairs to router downstairs.

Either:
1. After connecting, says "Connected (No internet)"
2. When connecting, says "Network access denied"
Sometimes the problem seem to fix itself when I move closer to the router, but then soon after jump back to "Connected (No internet)

Can anyone suggest what could be wrong and how can I fix this? Router issue? Unifi problem? Should I change the router?

Please respond to my plea for help sad.gif bye.gif

Change router. You must be using the stock router.

Yes, Netis DL4480v1 just got it right before MCO.

Any review on Tenda AC10U? Budget kinda tight, looking at this one.

Check router settings? Get the diagnostic page and check for what errors there. See what is connected which is not.

that's VDSL2 modem router use by TM on both VDSL and fiber unifi

if VDSL in apartments, condominium they direct plug it with copper use VDSL

if fiber area, use fiber terminal unit as usual then use VDSL modem router as router

and yeah my sis home recently got unifi, got this vdsl unit as router, its wifi sometime got unable to connect problem randomly

Check what channel being used. Might be conflicting with your neighbors. Switch to other channel might help.

Stand beside the router and try if you can connect to the 2.4Ghz channel. Try with another device as well.

If both devices are unable to connect it means a hardware issue.

If you can connnect when standing beside the router, it means heavy 2.4Ghz interference leading to this.
