It's best result if you do a layer of cementitious waterproof such as Sika-107. Let it cure, and finished with 2 layers of Sikacoat 300. I recommend finished with Bostik Boscoseal AC2.after new year, i will paint the third layer and hope for miracles. in btw, the waterproof paint brand i used is sikacoat. any comment?
