 What can an employer legally do if I don't serve, notice / contract period

my company deduct salary/allowance since you didnt come. counted till your last day of work.

no issue pun, very tedious job la want to make legal thing. lagi2 if your gaji is below RM5k. the legal fees way higher

Depends on your salary. IF RM2000, nothing will happen.
