You mean freight forwarding service ah? You could look into BuyandShip, however, their current charge is RM20 per lb (pound) not kg. So YMMV.

Had some experience buying some (5) books from amazon, postage is bundled together. Reasonable though, not sure bout larger/heavier items.

Safest and most efficient - Amazon. They will charge you upfront import duty and refund if extra.

Ebay 2nd place because GSP Pitney Bowes have very expensive import fees.

The rest use mail forwarder like MyUS, Ezipos, Mypoz etc. But all this mail forwarder will not handle the custom duty. If item get held at airport you need to settle your own.

I've tried directly from Amazon (although limited items), or BuyandShip (recently increase price). Previously use Ezbuy. All so far okay and as long as below RM500, no customs check. However, i guess all depends on luck with customs.

Usually if parcel pack and declare under RM500 still ok as long as the parcel dimension dont give it away

Normally once they received your package at their local warehouse (each country), will take a week ship to HK warehouse.

Then you respond by pay the fee from their website. From here will take 2-3days to your door step.

Mine experience is horrible. Ezipoz didn't put my house phone number and it seems their people don't bother to contact and throw back to Brickfield with no notification by email. The moment I realize and I need to start tracking in Pos Laju website (Ezipoz website won't show further update anymore) the items returned from Brickfield then throw back to KLIA. Now they have lost my item and ask my wife wait for a week. So you are paying comparatively cheaper for them to lost your item. Great work Ezipoz. Please avoid them. First and my last experience to use them. Avoid them like plague

You can't undervalue the invoice as the seller doesn't do that in the 1st world.
