wan to ask bout oversea shiping

i wan to buy an item from a china website, which is about 200++ RMB with the shipping..
but now the problem is, im afraid tat the kastam will not permit this item as i din pay tax or wat so eva... so do i nid to pay the tax in order to let the item pass the kastam?? |
