Hello all, recently I've been having stutter/lag issue with CSGO while playing online deathmatch/competitive. Before this it was really smooth.
When I play with only bots, no issue at all.

I'm not really sure what is the root cause but I suspect that it could be the internet connection?
I have 2 little sisters playing Roblox (online game) on each different devices (laptops) connecting to the same Wifi and same case, they too have stuttering issues where they will have stuttering screen for a few seconds and then back to normal again for at least a minute. Moments later the stutter comes back.

I'm using a Wifi adapter with 5ghz 650mbps and I strongly believe that the internet connection here at home is stable.
Here is the result of my speed test from http://speedtest.tm.com.my/

PING = 5ms
JITTER = 1ms
DOWNLOAD = 159.5Mbps
UPLOAD = 109.8Mbps

I've updated all drivers, graphics, sound, etc. Set all game graphic settings to the lowest possible but still does not resolve the issue.

Appreciate if anyone of you have the answer to this. Thanks!!

I don't play CSGO, but I can tell you that the speedtest is not feasible in this situation.

The question is what is your latency in game?

by changing graphic settings doesnt resolve your problem. should check your running background process.
if you have fps drop in game you can try open console and type in rcon. this should help you by restarting ingame

Thank you all for the reply!
But i have fixed the issue by renaming my Wifi. Seems to be some sort of a router issue im not sure of. I just went ahead to TPLink site and configure some minor things in there.
I just renamed my wifi slightly different with the same Wifi password. Weird enough, that fixed it almost instantly.

So case is closed!
