Medical Conditions Do You Need Calcium Supplements? Why? You Low?, Have you checked your blood levels?

Malaysians and the Far Easterns in general really love to 'supplement'. But why? Are we deficient in certain things. Do you not know that a large majority of the duties of the liver, the gastrointestinal tract, the biliary system, the blood system and the kidney systems are actually geared to get rid of things that we bring into our body? What happens to all those Vitamin C you get in your food everyday? Yes, a great deal are in your urine. Supplement sellers are excellent for you, but only if you are deficient in certain things. I would like you to exercise caution in taking too much Calcium. Chances are, we in the brightly lit country like Malaysia, you are well-stocked with Vit D and Calcium. So, before you 'supplement' these, consider your health. There are people that are on treatment in hospitals for Hypercalcaemia or Hypervitaminosis D, you know. Too much of Calcium can get coronaries, and you would pay hundreds of thousands RM to undo your mistakes. See below, and be intelligent and do not become hypercalcaemic. Why did you accuse that. What are you talking about? Our topic is unopposed Calcium supplements intake in people who are NOT hypocalcaemic.
