Amazing how people 30 years ago did not lose all their bones and die.
Maybe TS wants to promote smoking too, to help people relax.

If your calcium levels are low, do you want to see rinsedpie sales person sell you supplements
or do want to see a nutritionist and correct your food and nutrition eating habits? If you choose a sales man remember sign up for life long subscription in pills that is not even assured of its content and purity. Could just be sugar tablets. Promote SENSIBLE and SAFE calcium levels then ask your nutritionist what vegetables and fruits can provide this NATURALLY without pill supplements. If you have doubt again, look at 30 years or 100 years ago when there were no calcium supplements. Look above, it is tekkaus that suggest exercise to help with calcium condition not our new friendly neighbourhood sales person. |

QUOTE(Yenactiet @ Jun 2 2020, 12:22 AM) It's interesting to see someone accuses TS of promoting supplements when TS is literally raising awareness about the harm of 'abusing' supplements. Not sure how that went into his head for him to do such accusation. +1 QUOTE(eric3417 @ Jun 2 2020, 01:04 AM) Eat more Green Leafy veg especially Spinach. And daily get 10-15mins of morning Sun (Vit D). No need eat calcium supplements as excess calcium can get deposited in Heart arteries. Look into spinach again, deeper. |
