QUOTE(FG123 @ May 29 2020, 10:09 PM) Any recommendations on monitor below 1500 Usage? There's really no point for most 4K monitors due to a few things:I know Samsung only 8xxx but review said is crap monitor. Any good monitor for my budget? 1. Most 4K monitors tend to be 27/28 inches, which is overkill and often causes scaling issues on Windows (ideally you want 32 inch or above for this) 2. Gaming at 4K resolution is incredibly resource intensive and often requires a very significant investment (you need something like a RTX2080 Super/Ti just to get a decent 4K60 experience) 3. IMHO, unless if you are talking about content consumption (a TV is better suited for this, due to far better implementation of HDR over monitors) or screen real estate you are much better off with 1440p144 over a 4K60 panel instead This post has been edited by chocobo7779: May 30 2020, 09:24 AM |
