i think u freezed the account he couldnt get out the money to pay you maybe? so i suggest you should offer to meet at the bank (if he needs to withdraw the money from his bank to settle his debt to you) maybe he still holding back cuz the money he needs to roll stuck?

uhh godlove i think i said GO TO THE BANK WITH HIM..ask him to withdraw in front of you..if you dont do this i doubt he could get rm700 in a day or 2 ..he might try to con other ppl to get you your money..
