I just updated my PC to Windows 10 2004.

So I thought give a comparison between 2004 and 1909.

Maybe need AMD to release the graphics driver for Windows 10 2004 to see improvement in games.

Under Task Manager, GPU is now showing Temperature but then why CPU didn't show it?

CPU utilization in idle mode between 4% and 6% in 1909 has been reduced to 2% and 3% in 2004.

So far, it has been 3 hours in 2004 and play a few games I don't experienced any issue yet.

Overall, I think the performance is fine and it's worth while to update.
