Hdd caddy not recognized by windows 10.

Bought a generic Hdd caddy to run my 1tb hdd. Swapped odd to caddy mode. On bios it its detected but on Windows its not detected, i tried flick the switch in caddy and enabaled the Intel Virtual Technology in bios.
It worked briefly, after restarting . Its back to not detecting on Windows 10. Stressed out
Laptop: Lenovo Ideapad 320 15Ikb .
Geram.
Tried so many things, not appear at any where. Disk mgmt also no.
Anyone can help me ? Ill give some token

anything to do with energy saving? disable in bios? maximum speed cdrom?
what is the hard disk mode u chosen? compatible?

Test that caddy with the installed HDD in another laptop
If it has the same issue, then the problem lies with either the HDD or the caddy

Same prob on my T440P. Detected after reboot. After hibernation, the HDD disappeared. Definitely due to energy saving somewhere.

It was working fine for 2 days. ( Didn't even move my laptop) . Then disappeared . . Hmm
