#ASKPOS REALLY SUCKS.

I think few weeks ago, i was still able to chat with live agent regarding a missing parcel.. In which case, I was very impressed. Today i wanted to check with Pos Malaysia again, just to realise that they have shifted all the feedbacks online, which I am fine with it. Except that they direct all communications to the bot, and it is really sucky because the options are that few. I can't talk to a live agent regarding a missing parcel that can help me track where the parcel is currently and etc.
Basically, Pos Malaysia has closed off all sort of communication channels, there is no two-ways communication. Really annoying. What kind of customer service is this?
