I looking a buying my first home and the value is approx about 900k. Wanna know if the property & loan stamp duty exemption is still applicable and assuming i complete it before Dec 31, 2020.

Would like to know if Scenario 3 in the link below is valid and still applicable ?? It is a sub-sale property (terrace house)

any other advice of exemptions or waivers i should keep note of as well ?

Not applicable in your situation as those in range of RM300k and above waiver is only for direct purchase from developer.
