I have some chair felt gliders bought from ace hardware
Thinking of passing to MO to pass to this fella
But they not 100% stop chair drag noise
Me also experience the same. It doesnt necessarily come from above. What annoys me is the heavy footsteps. I know my neighbour above walks like a giant fridge eater but what annoys me more is running sounds which sounded like pounding. At first i thought was my neighbour above, after some observations, turns out to be the middle east family 2 floors below. Reason i think is because 3-5am in the morning its very quiet so you hear everything... Damnnn annoying sial... Again nothing you can do. Can complain but it wont stop. What i read is that you can place carpet on the floor to absorb sounds from below and drape on ceiling to absorb sounds from above. Hope this helps.
